It is often asymptomatic; however, it may cause moderate shoulder pain during the movement of the scapula. Clinical findings and imaging methods are useful for the diagnosis. Elastofibroma dorsi should be considered in the differential diagnosis of a soft tissue mass in the scapular region of the back associated with shoulder pain. Herein, we present a 57-year-old male case admitted to our outpatient clinic and diagnosed with a unilateral elastofibroma dorsi. Keywords : Elastofibroma dorsi; shoulder pain; soft tissue lesion
