In the second form, traumas that cause low back pain, injuries due to work, recurrence, and work losses were tried to be identified. The point prevelance of low back pain was found to be 33.94% (male 32.8%, female 35.8%) in our study.According to the results of the study lower socioeconomic status ,heavy bodily work, long sitting or heavy lifting, working years, weekly working days, daily working hours, stress, work unsatisfaction, disorder of menstruation periods, abortus and multiparity were significantly related to low back pain development. However after logistic regression analysis, only heavy bodily work, working years and stress remained as independent risk factors for low back pain development. No significant correlation was demonstrated between age, gender, BMI, weight, height, educational status, cigarette and alcohol consumption. ore researches, which are concerned about the incidence and risks of low back pain, in working places must be conducted in our country. Ergonomic prevention strategies aim to minimize the risks of symptoms of work related back disorders. In order to decrease the risk factors of low back pain, some arrangements must be made in working places and workers must be educated. The biological mechanisms of back disorders and other work related musculoskeletal disorders are not sufficiently understood. Research is needed to learn more about the nature, severity and degrees of work-relatedness of musculoskeletal disorders, so employers and health care practitioners can better address these problems
